  • Late payments may result in suspension of services or collection action.
  • Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, debit/credit card, and direct debit (subject to agreement).

6. Maintenance & Repairs

We offer regular servicing of equipment under rental contracts or as a separate service for owned units. Please report any faults as soon as possible. We aim to respond promptly to all service requests.

7. Cancellations & Returns

  • Purchased equipment can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition, subject to a restocking fee.
